Identification Requirements

We pierce ages 18+ with valid photo ID. We also pierce minors ages 8-17 with parental consent and proper identification(birth certificate/guardianship papers, parent/guardian ID, as well as minor ID for ages 14-17). We require all physical forms identification and fulfillment of paperwork with each visit, even if you have visited our studio on a previous occasion.

We value your child’s health, safety, and consent to the procedures that we offer. Consultations are strongly encouraged. Our current age minimum is 8 years old.

All piercings we offer are performed with a single-use sterilized needle: we absolutely do not use piercings guns in our studio.

While our aftercare is straightforward, we want parents and their children to recognize that getting piercings and healing them takes patience and responsibility. Visit our aftercare page for more details.

Earlobe piercings can take around three (3) months to fully heal. If jewelry is taken out of the piercing before it has fully healed, the piercing is at risk of closing up, therefore jewelry must remain in the piercing at all times.

Swimming and submerging piercings in any body of water (bathtubs, swimming pools, lakes, oceans, etc.) should be avoided for the initial healing process. For kids who may have swimming lessons or vacations coming up, waiting until after these events is encouraged. Additionally, if your child participates in school sports where coaches ask for body jewelry to be removed we recommend waiting until the sports season is over.

Please contact the studio if you’d like schedule an appointment for a consultation!
